MetroScript knows that you are concerned about HIPAA compliance and security for your clients, given the sensitive nature of the information being transferred to and from our servers. We remove this concern by handling all of the security aspects for you.

Once logged in to the MetroScript service, the entire session is protected by the highest-level browser-based 128-bit encryption algorithm, made possible by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) digital certificates issued to MetroScript, Inc.

All information and file transfers in the MetroScript online service pass through 128-bit encryption.

All voice and transcribed documents are stored on fault tolerant servers with RAID-configured drives, managed in a state-of-the-art data center.

The data center is monitored by a network operations team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year using the latest internal and external camera systems, and protected by badge reader access, security code, and biometric hand scanning.

The data center is environmentally controlled and employs a fire suppression system, power redundancy, virus protection, enterprise-level firewalls, and a fortress-like construction consisting of 12-18 inch thick concrete walls.
